Pixel art found me a while back and never really let go. There's something about working inside those tiny constraints, every pixel earning its place, that somehow just clicked with me and satisfied an itch like no other. I've been building toward a 1000 hand-drawn weapons under that obsession, one sword and one strange lore at a time, and every single one of them was an adventure regardless if it was good or bad.
Somewhere along the way I started wondering why that art had to live only on a screen you scroll past once and forget. I wanted it somewhere closer. Something you could actually carry.
I'm not an electrical engineer. I didn't have a team, a manufacturing background, or a clean path to any of this. What I had was a lot of stubborn nights teaching myself firmware, tearing apart enclosure designs that didn't work, going back to the drawing board more times than I can count on the actual identity of the thing, what it should feel like in your hand, what it should be called, what it means for something this small to hold something that matters to you. A lot of that thinking never makes it into a product description. It just becomes the product.
This keychain carries that same belief pixel art gave me: small things, made with real care, say more than big polished things made without it. I also believe there's a whole community of artists doing work this good or better who deserve a lot more recognition than they get. Part of why I'm building this is to give that work, and the people behind it, somewhere real to live, on something people actually carry with them, close to the people they care about.
